[Elsewhere] Brandon has composed music and designed sound for dance and theater at dozens of spacesaround NYC and the U.S. He is the resident sound designer for Collaboration Town and The Woodshed Collective. Recently: Soul Leaves Her Body at EMPAC and HERE, Equivocation at MTC (directed by Garry Hynes). There’s So Much Mad in Me by Faye Driscoll at Dance Theater Workshop and Fusebox Festival. Upcoming: Original score for Faye Driscoll’s newest piece, premiering at the kitchen in 2012. The Tenant, a new large-scale theatrical installation with the Woodshed Collective, featuring music by Duncan Shiek. Elizabeth Streb’s Essentialist Acts, with composer David Van Tieghem, at the Park Avenue Armory. His music project, Smirk, has performed all over the world, including Berlin, Belgrade, Amsterdam, Montreal, Moscow and Krakow. His sound and music projectThe Jutro Experiment, with David Van Tieghem and Morgan Packard, premiered last year at the Biennial of the Americas.
